Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for orders placed with Secured Auto Transport LLC:

We offer Door to Door delivery service. Occasionally these large carriers may not be able to delivery directly to your home because of maneuverability or local regulations. In these cases an alternate site with a large parking lot such as a mall or grocery store will be chosen. If your vehicle is inoperable or oversized, please inquire about extra charges for your auto shipping. If carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick-up, all extra charges must be paid in cash or certified check upon delivery.

The insurance company does not cover personal items. Absolutely no firearms, hazardous materials, illegal substances or contraband may be placed in the vehicle. The truck is subject to several inspections along the route. Anything of substantial weight will be asked to be removed. Customer shall remove all outside mounted luggage and other racks prior to shipment. Personal property must be confined to the vehicle and not to exceed 100LBs. Secured Auto Transport LLC is not responsible for any damage caused to vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items. Vehicles must have no more than a half tank of fuel

Trucking damage claims are covered by a minimum of $750,000 public liability and property damage. The insurance company will not honor claims made after the time of delivery that are not indicated on the bill of lading, and the claim must be submitted in writing within 15 days of delivery. Secured Auto Transport LLC will share the carrier insurance policy upon request.

The Carrier is authorized to operate the vehicle between its pickup location and destination as described on the shipping order.

The customer can cancel the order at anytime prior to the vehicle being picked up. However, there will be a $50 cancellation fee for all orders cancelled by the customer.

The customer agrees to work exclusively with Secured Auto Transport. If the customer places the order with another company, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

We will make every effort to fulfill your requested pickup and delivery days, but these dates are not guaranteed.

Secured Auto Transport reserves the right to reject any order and will refund the deposit in full.

This constitutes the entire agreement between customer and Secured Auto Transport LLC and may not be changed except in writing.
